Unexpected Adventure: Eating at the Lumberjacks Restaurant in Stockton, CA

I was surprised when the Lumberjacks Restaurant opened in Stockton, CA. I had never been to a Lumberjack restaurant before and was excited to see what it was like. Lumberjacks have a very interesting history that you can explore on their website. But they also offer many delicious food options for people of all dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian selections!

The Lumberjacks Restaurant at 3113 W Benjamin Holt Dr, Stockton, CA 95219 offers such a fantastic variety of food that I wanted to try everything. Lumberjacks offers a diverse menu, but there are some dishes and desserts that stand out more than others.

The Lumberjack’s dessert section is the most popular page on their website with over 100 varieties! Some of my favorites were the raspberry cheesecake ice cream sandwich, apple danish bites, bread pudding made from scratch (in house), and sweet potato pie milkshake.

What is the best meat dish at Lumberjacks Restaurant?

Pork Chop Sandwich – The pork chop sandwich had a crunchy crust that was filled with tender pieces of seasoned grilled pork served between two slices of lightly toasted sourdough bread. It came topped with an absolutely amazing onion jam. This sandwich had a perfect balance of sweet and savory that will make you want more while you are in Stockton!

Pig Wings – Lumberjacks Restaurant has the best wings I have ever tried in my life. They are crispy on the outside but so juicy when it comes to their meat inside all because they don’t bread them like every other place does. Lumberjacks also offers different sauces for your pig wings, just make sure to ask for some extra celery sticks if you’re not using any sauce from one of Lumberjack’s specialty jars next time you visit this Stockton restaurant!

What is something unique about Lumberjacks Restaurant?

The patio – You get a wonderful atmosphere with an outdoor fireplace where you can have a relaxing time with friends and family, while enjoying Lumberjacks’ signature drink, the Lumberjack.
